On June 12th, 2017 Nectar hosted their first in- house networking event as a Med Tech Council member with success. Med Tech Council’s networking series are quarterly hosted events throughout southern California, which lead up to Med Tech Monday, a one-day conference. As a sponsor for Med Tech Monday, we opened our doors to the medical technology community. The event included inspiring medical technology discussion topics from industry professionals, a raffle, and tacos and drinks. The event created a space for med tech professionals to network and grow their knowledge of technological advancements.
Med Tech Council at Nectar was a unique addition to the series. Nectar brought a creative spark to Med Tech Council with their renovated studio and diverse project display. Nectar’s recently renovated office in Long Beach, showed Med Tech Council attendees how Nectar keeps inspired. Our diversified project display stimulated medical device professionals to look at the possibilities beyond the typical medical design. Nectar facilitated conversation around cutting- edge design and the possibilities of user- centered products. The attendees connected and shared their passion for saving lives through innovation. We truly appreciated all the passionate professionals who joined us and promise to plan another in- house event soon.
Nectar is looking forward to more events with Med Tech Council and joining their efforts to build synergy within the medical device community. As Nectar grows its reputation for cutting edge development, we are gearing up for more exciting opportunities to expand our network of corporations, start-ups, entrepreneurs and consultants.
