The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing information solutions in hardware, software, network and installation support on desktop Personal Computers (PC) and other network computing devices. Manages, maintains and updates servers, computers and internal network. Ensures company security & backup policy, procedures and methods are up to date and properly implemented to protect company and client digital assets. Overall the person must provide technical expertise to evaluate, install and maintain both hardware and software solutions to accurately meet the company’s needs.
