LONG BEACH, CALIF. - March 13, 2007 - Nectar recently showcased its trade show booth design for Wavien, Inc. of Valencia, Nev. at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which took place January 8-11, 2007 in Las Vegas, Nev. Wavien showcased its latest products and technologies at CES, including several projection-based examples of its Dual Paraboloid Reflector (DPR?) lamps.
The trade show booth design was part of a larger project Nectar completed including Wavien's Web site and packaging design. The Web site design can be viewed at www.wavien.com.
Nectar has integrated a range of services to facilitate the development of innovative products, including branding, engineering, ID, prototype and user interface services.
Nectar researched its clients and their markets in order to develop all of Wavien's design requirements. Nectar's designers, engineers and graphic artist worked hand in hand with Wavien's personnel to identify and produce the best results for the project.
"Our experience and technology allowed us to provide Wavien with innovative designs for its web site, packaging and trade show booth. We were pleased to work with them on this design project," said Cary Chow, vice president, Nectar.
In addition to its unique DPR technology using ultra-high-pressure arc lamps, Wavien is also moving into the LED illumination market using Recycling Light Pipe (RLP?) technology. Both these technologies improve lamp life, brightness and efficiency when teamed with applications in the projection display, fiber optics and entertainment markets. Wavien continues to build on its extensive patent portfolio with additions in the areas of LED brightness improvement, front and rear projection as well as medical and fiber optic applications.
